TURNTAMER - your "3rd hand" for SEAMLESS Interpretation!

TurnTamer is a simple extention to your notebook computer. It lets you control Adobe Acrobat (PDF), Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple Keynote displays of your music pages with a footswitch, while your hands are busy playing a keyboard, other musical instrument, or conducting an orchestra, band or chorus.



To use TurnTamer, you will need:

A Windows or Mac PC Notebook preferred for portability
Adobe Acrobat Reader
     or
PowerPoint or Keynote software
Acrobat reader is free download at:
http://get.adobe.com/reader/

PowerPoint is part of Microsoft Office suite
Keynote is Apple's presentation software
A flat-panel monitor connected to the computer, unless your notebook opens out flat. Then you may be able to use it on the music rack directly.

13" diagonal is minimum size, no special other attributes other than removable stand so it will fit on music rack.

 Some method (scanner or camera) to get scores into a PDF file 4 Megapixel camera is enough, scanner or the "all-in-one" scanner/printer/fax units work well.
Or perhaps Staples or a friend can scan documents into a "thumb" drive
TurnTamer to control the display Either Professional or Standard model.

Wireless Mouse Lets you start/stop displays from the organ bench.
Wireless Keyboard Lets you add notations to the scores from the organ bench.
Video extension cable between computer & monitor Allows the computer to be placed anywhere out of sight if desired.
